The free sample video
Before any paid engagement we produce one sample video free of charge, based on the website you give us, and present it on a short call. No payment details are taken. The sample file is yours to keep whether or not you hire us, with full rights to use it.
Retainers and payment
Paid work runs as a monthly retainer at the tier published on the pricing section, invoiced monthly in advance. The published monthly video counts per tier are production ceilings, not guarantees of ad performance.
Deliverables and ownership
On payment of the relevant month's invoice, you receive full commercial rights to the delivered videos — no expiry, no renewal fees, no usage tiers. We only show your work publicly in our portfolio with your consent.
Cancellation
You can cancel at the end of any month. No cancellation fee, no notice period. Videos already paid for remain yours under the ownership terms above.
Liability
Our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including advertising results. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protections of your home country remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above tracks the current version. For running retainers, the terms in force when your month started apply until that month ends.
