Data protection contact
Given our size and the nature of the data we process, we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. All data protection matters are handled directly by the founders at the address above.
Transfers outside the EU
Data stays in the EU (hosting in Finland), with one exception: our content delivery provider Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection.
Complaints to the supervisory authority
You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, Slovakia — dataprotection.gov.sk.
