What we collect
When you submit the free-sample form we collect exactly four things: your name, your email address, the website you point us at, and the call slot you pick. The form asks for nothing else.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and troubleshooting, and the form runs a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that evaluates technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address. If you accept analytics cookies, we additionally collect anonymised usage data — see the cookies section of this page.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
Form details are used only to produce your sample video and to contact you about it: one email when it is ready, the call you booked, and sending you the file. That processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Server logs and the spam check are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website free of spam (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics runs only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and nothing analytics-related loads before you give it. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Sample-request details are kept for as long as needed to make and discuss your video, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client — then the details move to the client relationship for its duration. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Who processes it for us
The site is hosted and served by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), which also runs the spam check on the form. When you send the form, your details reach us as an email sent through Resend, Inc. (USA) and are saved to our request list in Notion Labs, Inc. (USA). Our mailbox is hosted by Webglobe, s. r. o. (Slovakia, EU). All of them act as our processors and handle your details only for these purposes. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. No one else receives your details.
Cookies and analytics
The site works fully without cookies. A consent banner offers optional, anonymised analytics; until you accept, no analytics code loads at all, and declining changes nothing about how the page works. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. The GDPR page explains each right and how to use it.
